Recruitment Methodology

Our standard recruitment cycle, as given below, involves various steps to ensure the best candidates are selected:

Discovery Meetings:

  • Upon signing the contract, meetings will be conducted with key customer stakeholders to understand the    requirements and ensure shared clarity on the overall project scope.

Profile hunting, Initial screening and Shortlisting:

  • Suitable candidates will be sourced from multiple channels including own CV database, subscribed online job portals, alliance partner network and online job advertisements


  • Our sourcing experts, using a pre-defined and structured interview format evaluate the candidates to understand their skills, experience and assess their suitability. We also use scenarios and situational questions to further probe the candidates’ critical thinking abilities.

Customer Interviews:

  • The nominated customer engagement officer will coordinate with the customer and the candidates to
    arrange interviews
  • Interview feedback will be collected and appropriate action will be initiated

Offer Acceptance:

  • Salary will be negotiated and draft offer letter will be mailed.
  • Once the candidate accepts the draft offer letter, a formal offer letter along with a note detailing the steps
    involved in onboarding will be send.

Onboarding & Induction:

  • After receiving the signed offer letter copy, onboarding process will be initiated starting from
    collecting the documents, applying for visa clearance etc.
  • Once the clearance is obtained, visa will be applied for and tentative date for travel will be planned.
  • A call briefing the travel formalities, dos and don’ts will be carried out once the travel date is finalized and tickets are booked.
  • Once the candidates join, a familiarization session detailing the processes, policies, relevant laws will
    be conducted, after which the candidate will be placed at the customer location. 


  • Periodic follow-up or review meetings will be conducted with the customer and the candidates
  • Discuss project status and progress
  • To ensure that the candidate performance is in line with customer expectations
  • Take appropriate corrective action if required.
